The Modern Buy – Return & Refund Policy

At The Modern Buy, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Sneakers must be returned in their original shoe box.
  • Sweatshirts must not be washed, worn, or damaged.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and sale/clearance items are non-refundable.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted.

Exchanges

  • We offer size exchanges for sneakers and sweatshirts (subject to availability).

Refunds

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds. We only accept returns and offer exchanges for eligible items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
